First Team Commissions.
Your first team is made up of agents that you have personally sponsored, and the agents sponsored by the agents you signed, and so on to infinity. When you qualify by having 3 active travel agencies that you personally sponsored, you begin to earn a 50% match on every sponsored agent's commissions. You promote to the Second Team by having 3 personally sponsored agents and 3 more anywhere in your downline

Second Team Commissions.
When you personally sponsor an agent in your Second Team, you earn an additional $100.00. When these Agents sponsor an Agent you earn $50.00. For each group of 6 Travel Agents that come into your Second Team, you earn $300.00 and a $1,000.00 Leadership Bonus. This goes to infinity! When there are 100 Travel Agencies in your downline, you qualify for a $10,000.00 Leadership Bonus! For each successive 100 Agencies, you earn another $10,000.00 Leadership Bonus!

Direct Sales Commissions.
Agent representatives earn $50 for every on-line travel agency sale. Once you reach a 2nd generation category you also receive another $50 commission on all additional on-line agency sales by anyone in your downline.

Overriding Personal Commissions.
By making three home-based travel agency sales you will earn a 50% match on personally sponsored agent representatives' commissions in your first and second teams.

When Are Commissions Paid.
Every new on-line agency signed up and entered in the system will be paid on the following Friday. These payments include the director sales commissions, the $50 team commissions, the 50% match of all direct agegnt representatives' commissions, the $1000.00 leadership bonus, and the $10,000.00 leadership bonus. Residual commission is paid on the 12th of the next month.
