Initial Appointment. The position of director is an earned position that is based on the demonstration of exceptional leadership and sales performance. To become a travel agent director you will sign a Director Agreement.

Maintaining Status. Once you become a director, maintaining your status is as easy as waking up each day. As long as you or one of your agents in your downline sponsors a new agent per year you will remain a director.

Monthly Bonus. There are 5 levels of directors. From a level 1 and above all directors participate in a monthly bonus pool that is directly related to amount of total sales by the every agent in the director’s downline. The monthly amount of bonus paid to a director shall not be less than $2000.

Achievement Bonus. Directors are eligible for bonuses based upon the number of active travel agencies that have been signed by the director and agents in their downline.

Group Health and Life Insurance Benefit. A Director is eligible for group health and life benefits at no cost by becoming a level one director. All pre-existing conditions are accepted! Available also is group health benefits for a family or business partners where the cost of is deducted from the bonus pay out.

A director is eligible for a $100,000 life insurance policy. The director may elect to pay for expanded life insurance on self, and life insurance on family or business partner, where the cost is directly taken from your bonus payouts.

A director is also eligible for dental insurance, short term disability or long term disability coverage.
